What to do when a coupon code fails

The most common reason is expiry. If the campaign has ended the code no longer works; check the end date on the card. The second reason is a minimum basket amount, and the third is category restrictions — discounted products are usually excluded. Finally, paste the code instead of typing it; a leading or trailing space can invalidate it. If it still fails, press "It failed" and the coupon drops down the list.
